While I have 20 years of executive and consulting experience at Fortune 500 companies, I’m also wildly passionate about personal development and the spiritual path. Merging mindfulness, manifestation, and self-discovery with strategy, systems, and structure for business is where I shine.

After graduating from the University of Southern California with a degree in Finance, I made a big pivot to see where trusting the universe would take me. Since then, my 20+ year career has taken me to incredible Fortune 500 companies such as The Walt Disney Company, UnitedHealth Group, Sony Pictures Entertainment, NBC Universal, DIRECTV (now part of AT&T), Live Nation, Ticketmaster, and now Experian.
As an executive focused on project and portfolio management for technology teams, I help large organizations get clear on their priorities, refine their strategies, create more effective ways of planning and working, and guide teams to become more efficient.
Though the challenges of my corporate role have always engaged my analytical mind, my heart lies in guiding spiritual and wellness entrepreneurs to realize their business potential. With my extensive background in corporate strategy and planning, I am uniquely positioned to help these passionate individuals build, run, and grow their businesses in a way that truly resonates with their soul’s mission. Books. I am constantly reading books, listening to books, talking about books, and recommending books. I have always been an avid reader (thanks to my mom) and am slowly working towards writing one of my own!
FAVORITE WAYS TO SPEND FREE TIME
Besides reading: Traveling, eating delicious food, watching movies (preferably at home under a pile of cozy blankets), and my absolute favorite way to spend time: having soul-igniting, eye-opening, heart-filling conversations with my dearest friends.
DAILY RITUALS
Morning journaling and manifestation with a delicious almond milk latte, movement (pilates or rebounding), reading (it's seriously nonstop), and cuddling my adorable son Koa and amazing husband Mark.
